90% of churches in the world are led by men and women who have little or no training for ministry. We believe a solid education is the first step to equipping and empowering leaders to be faithful stewards of the truth in their local contexts.

Equip

Knowledge, in the hands of faithful stewards, leads to wisdom and empowerment. We believe that being equipped for ministry is more than head knowledge - it is discipleship in all areas of personal discipline, spiritual formation and practical application.

Empower

At the heart of Christianity is the truth that all believers are empowered by the Spirit to be impactful in the world around them. We believe that it is the responsibility of the church to call out this truth in one another's lives - spurring eachother along to accept the empowerment available to us.
